2.1 The fundamental and core feature of DVR is to record the event relevant to the safety of your car and provide the proof when needed, therefore you can choose to download from DVR to your smart phone via Wi-Fi connection, copy the target files from the internal storage to TF card and then copy from TF card to other device, or connect DVR directly with computer via data cable to make the copy from DVR to provide the proof when needed.

2.2 As the files you share on social media like WhatsApp, Youtube, are normally default set as open to all viewers, they could be copied, transferred, edited or used for illegal purpose by other organization or individual. You need to realize the existence of this kind of risk. And you need to clearly agree that you would take all the consequences and responsibilities due to your behavior of sharing and we don't need to take any responsibility.

2.3 But during working mode, DVR will inevitably capture some picture or video, including information sensitive to personal privacy, like human face or vehicle number plate of other parties relevant to the safety of your car, and without consent. And in order to ensure the fundamental and core feature of DVR mentioned above, we cannot use dis-sensitization technology in DVR. Hereby we are seriously reminding you that please avoid downloading, copying and sharing the pictures or videos including information sensitive to personal secret, like human face or vehicle number plate of other party irrelevant to the safety of your car, and you are supposed to take all the responsibilities and consequences of the tort caused to the 3rd party because of your conscious or unconscious behavior.

2.4 DVR installed in your car, together with the APP installed in your smart phone, providing video recording and picture capturing function in your car, have tool's neutrality, which means when you use them as a tool to engage in behavior of violating the privacy of others, or endangering national security, like stealthily capturing others' privacy or facilities or areas sensitive to national security, we are totally irrelevant, and you are supposed to take all the responsibilities and consequences.

3.1 We believe that the safety of personal information is vitally important. And we are supposed to take effective measures to protect the information collected from your personal devices and use appropriate process to prevent them leaking to other channels without authorization. Nevertheless you should understand that this APP won't totally avoid all the risks relevant to personal information.
